Our cohort experience was built with two realities in mind:
  1. Ministry is one of the most uniquely lonely occupations around. You are often surrounded by people, but consistently feel like you are “the only one.”

  2. Youth Ministry Leaders are often overworked, under-resourced, and misunderstood.

These realities led to a question:

What if there were a space for youth ministry leaders who are hungry to pursue personal and ministry health to regularly connect  in a community with others who get it?

APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR A NEW KIND OF COHORT!

We are excited to be beta testing a new type of cohort. Deep Dive Cohorts feature all the values of a classic YML Cohort (conversation, community, coaching, care, and fun) but zeros the content on a specific aspect of the personal or professional life of a ministry leader.

Our first deep dive will be an 8 week journey into HYBRID MINISTRY. We will zero in on how to all about seeking to effectively combine your in person ministry into their digital world.

PARTICIPANTS SAY:
As a Student Ministry Director for 5.5 years, my time in my cohort was invaluable. The leaders were quality people who genuinely care for us. The community built was amazing. I’m just sad it ended.

THE FACILITATOR TEAM

We are a collection of youth ministry veterans, coaches, pastors, specialists and Cohort Alumni. None of us have it "figured out," but we care about the personal and professional health of youth ministry leaders, and we know the power of walking in community with others who get it.
