Our cohort experience was built with two realities in mind:

This year we are excited to offer three different types of cohorts with nine unique options launching January through March.
Core Cohorts are our trench-tested 10 week online small group experience marked by meaningful community and conversations, group and individual coaching, practical and applicable content, and ridiculous amounts of fun.

We are offering 4 Core Cohorts this Winter/Spring with different launch dates, meeting times, and facilitators.
​
If you have never taken part in one of our cohorts, this is the place to start. If you are coming back for another round, core cohorts are still a fantastic place to land.
Focused Cohorts run the same model of our Core Cohort experience. We simply craft the calls and topics in a way that focuses on specific group of Youth Ministry Leaders.
This Winter/Spring, our Focused Cohort options are:

Starting Right: For those in their first few years in or having gone through a recent transition that feels like you are starting all over. We will hit topics and have discussion around key foundational principles and practices for your youth ministry.

Alumni: For those who have gone through a YML cohort before. There will be more ownership on participants for parts of the call, more discussion, and fresh topics.

Long Haul: For those with 12+ years of Youth Ministry experience. We will hit topics and have discussion around topics that connect with those who have in the next generation over a long amount of time.
Deep Dive Cohorts feature all the values of a Core or Focused Cohort with two differences:

We lock in to specific aspect of the personal or professional life of a ministry leader.

We run them at different lengths.
This Winter we are offering two Deep Dive Cohorts that we are extremely excited about!

Soul Care: An 11 week inward journey to pursue physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth and health in community as we start a new year.*

Hybrid Ministry: An 8 week journey focused on honing your social media skills as you develop a digital discipleship game plan.

If you've never participated in a YML Cohort, we recommend starting with a Core Cohort to get a feel for what we are all about. However, we want you to go with what you think will be best for you.
​*The Soul Care Deep Dive will require you to purchase a 10 week devotional book (~$15-20)
